We use a fluid methodological concept - wherein depending on the problem statement, one or all of the three below methods are utilized
Qualitative
to provide context and uncover depth
Quantitative
to arrive at evidence which is scalable, verifiable, and unbiased
Design

Our workflow allows for a fusion of methodologies, by allowing for a disruptive approach in understanding the challenges at hand.
The framework allows us to recommend, for the most part, solutions which are longer term, scalable, and efficient.

Hello, and thanks for visiting our website.
After more than a decade working across public health and social protection, I saw how often solutions and recommendations were built around tools, rather than people. Even as evidence was generated, it was not always used. Insight was collected, but not always connected to action.

The learning -> solutions need to be optimized for implementation.
A graph without a story - is much too often like a map without scale. Informational, but often misleading.
And so, Nivaroh was born. We are new, and small - but building carefully. What we lack in scale, we make up for in intention.

Warmly,
Ridhima
